I offer private, judgment-free conversations for people who want a thoughtful place to speak openly about their lives, relationships, sexuality, and inner world. These sessions create space to slow down, reflect, and put words to experiences that are often difficult to explore in everyday conversation.

These conversations are not therapy and are not intended to diagnose or treat psychological conditions. Instead, they are guided discussions where you can explore ideas, examine experiences, and gain clarity about what you’re feeling or questioning. My role is simply to help shape the conversation so insight and understanding can emerge naturally.

Meet Jeff

Hi! I'm Jeff, the founder of Thinking Aloud and a guide for people who think deeply but rarely have someone to think with. My approach is simple: ask better questions, slow the conversation down, and help you find the clarity that's already inside you. I've spent most of my life being the person friends come to when they need to think something through. I decided it was time to offer this quality to more people. I look forward to thinking with you!
